Here is the information you will need if you do not meet the financial eligibility requirements to receive ODSP

If you meet the financial eligibility for receive ODSP, you will be contacted within 15 business days. If you do not meet the financial eligibility to receive ODSP, you will have 30 days to ask ODSP to review your application again. For more details about how to have your application reassessed, see the section titled, After you apply - approved or denied: “What happens if your application is denied?”

If you are Indigenous there are many things that affect the benefits you can get and the dollar amounts you can get from them. These include the agreements your band or governing body has with provincial, territorial, and federal governments. Before applying to any benefits, you should speak with your governing body, if applicable.
