If you decided to complete your application without the assistance of a Client Services Officer, you will need to ensure you have your application reviewed by a Client Services Officer and that they provide their signature. You can make arrangements to meet with a Client Services Officer by contacting your local Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) Service Centre.
