Once you have provided all of the requested information and documentation, your application will be reviewed internally to determine if you are eligible to receive Income Support benefits. During this time, the following assessments may be conducted:

• Credit checks
• Contacting employers
• Contacting landlords
• Telephone discussions with you for additional information
