Here is the information you will need when you receive documents to complete and a checklist of additional required information

If you meet the preliminary eligibility criteria, you will receive a package of information by mail, fax, or for you to pick up from a departmental office. This package of information will include a direct deposit form, a Rights, Responsibilities and Client Consent form, and a checklist of additional information you will need to provide with your application. The additional information required could include:

• Banking information
• Rental receipts
• Confirmation of income
